Fr Steve’s Model for Ministry

Do you agree with me that Anglican churches tend to major on Worship and Fellowship, but tend to be relatively weaker on Catechesis and Witness? Is that true of our church? If so, what can we do to strengthen where we might be weak?
And here’s the thing: This is not just a good model for church communities but also for us as individuals in our discipleship of Jesus Christ. Ask yourself: Where am I strongest, which of these four? Where do I, personally, excel? Where do I find greatest fulfillment currently in the body of Christ? Where do I need to grow? Where could I be challenged more? Where do I need to bear more fruit?
